Together with other advisors, you have the weekly consultations about how we can serve the market more effectively.  Your work consists of concrete deliverables amongst other duties you are expected to perform.

Role Overview Finance Consultant Johannesburg

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Advisor/ Consultant to join our team at Fundify Capital Investment. In this role, you will support our facilitation activities by assisting senior brokers in managing client accounts, conducting market research, and executing mandates. You will gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and develop your skills in finance investment strategies and client relationship management.

Responsibilities Finance consultant

  • Submit new and maintain current applications
  • Coordinate credit proposals, analysing information and assessing real estate applications in terms of financial viability, quality and market position attractiveness
  • Maintain the local and international banks and financing houses relationships
  • Monitor and promote optimum services and the correct implementation of the agreements made between our clients and supporting departments
  • Ensure attainment of agreed performance targets (both operational and sales)
  • Prepare reports and presentations on market conditions, investment opportunities, and client portfolios.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather insights and help address client inquiries.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Skilled communicator both spoken and written
  • Team player, decisive who sets the correct priorities
  • You are skilled in using MS Office or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and investment instruments.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and African language/s.

Preferred:

  • Internship or coursework related to brokerage or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry, within an informal setting
